The "Le Panoramic" building is situated in the Vieil Alpe neighbourhood at an altitude of 1,800 metres. The nearest shi lifts are at only 300 metres.

The residentials apartments are 200 metres from the train station and are very close to the old village of Alpe d'Huez (all shops, restaurants, Post Office, Tourist Office), at 300 metres from the Ski Lift Center and at 200 metres from the free shuttle service to the ski cabin to Pic Blanc (3330 m).
