Deposit

A deposit(justified) of 1500 euros is requested (the cheque will only be cashed if necessary).


Various Points

The fixed price includes rent, tourist tax, water, electricity and heating.

The normal rental period extends from Saturday 17.00 to the following Saturday at 10.00. Friday to Friday can be arranged on request.

The amount of the cleaning package (optional : from 40 € to 70 € depending on the state of the apartment at the end of the rental period) is to be paid directly on site to the caretaker of a neighbouring building.
